Any Proposed Transaction Will Be Reviewed Carefully And Will Subject To Further Discussion And Agreement On A Case By Case Basis. While ME Consider That Part Exchange Removes The Stress Of Traditional House Sales We Cannot Of Course Make Any Medical Or Psychological Assurances. Part Exchange Is Only Available On Select ME Developments Homes. Part Exchange May Not Be Available In Conjunction With Any Other Offer. A Representative Of ME Developments Will Visit Your Current Property For The Purposes Of Conducting An Internal Valuation. We May Also Instruct Independent Valuations Of Your Property. If Your Property Is Deemed Suitable For Part Exchange, An Offer Will Be Made At ME Developments’ Absolute Discretion. All Part Exchange Offers Are Subject To; 1. The Terms Of Your Reservation Agreement With Us 2. You Legally Exchanging Contracts Within 28 Days Of Your Reservation Agreement. ME Developments May Terminate The Agreement If You Do Not Exchange On The Purchase Of Your ME Developments Home Within The 28-Day Reservation Period.
