The recommend a friend leaflet must be completed by the referrer and prospective purchaser prior to the initial viewing of the property and given to a member of the ME Developments sales team during the initial viewing to be valid. A cheque of £5,000 will be given to the referrer after legal completion of the sale of the property. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please ask your sales executives for more information. The referer must not be a purchaser of the property, spouse or cohabitee of the purchaser. The recommend a friend offer will only be valid for reservations that have been made after 1st October 2020 and for sales completing before 31st December 2020.
